Ballet Fitness is a unique fusion of ballet and fitness programs created by ballerina and professional choreographer, Nicky McGinty. In addition, Ballet Fitness will help you locate and strengthen your core muscles and flatten your tummy. These sequences consist of barre work, floor work and some great dance routines. Practising these routines will help you build a long, lean, strong ballet body and help you lose weight. Nicky McGinty has been a dancer, choreographer, circus performer and teacher over the past 17 years. She resides in London and teaches both dance and yoga.
Choreographer and yoga instructor Nicky McGuinty presents 6 programs with elements of ballet and yoga, built around the main pas in ballet. The sequence of exercises accurately strengthens certain groups of muscles, and also creates a small cardio load. This unique fusion of ballet and fitness will help you to strengthen the muscles of the corset and legs and feel at the same time slim and elegant.
Over the past 17 years, Nicky McGuinty has worked as a professional dancer, choreographer, circus acrobat and instructor. Today she lives in London and teaches dancing and yoga.
